Ameerah M. Board, M.Ed, LPCC-S

I am a Liscensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervision Designation. One of my passions is assisting others with working towards becoming the best versions of themselves. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with various needs in a variety of settings. My recent work has utilized CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), including TF-CBT ( Trauma Focused).

I am married with 2 wonderful children. When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy reading, music, sports and spending time with my family.

Arielle Ballard

Arielle Ballard, LPCC-S

My favorite part of therapy is witnessing my client's 'aha' moments! My goal is to provide an environment for you that feels both professional and welcoming so that you feel comfortable enough to fully open up in sessions.

With over 15 years of experience, my specialties include anxiety, depression, adjustment, trauma, and anger management.

I enjoy working with the adolescent and adult populations. My work with clients is best described as person-centered. I want to meet you where you are and help you grow toward where you'd like to be.

I utilize CBT, DBT, and solution-focused techniques. I treat a wide variety of clients with a focus on depression, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, and anger.

I'm a listener but also an encourager. I hope you leave each session feeling empowered and validated.

Brittney McClain

Brittney McClain, LISW

Hi, I'm Brittney McClain—an Independently Licensed Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience. I'm passionate about helping people grow, heal, and overcome life's challenges.

I've worked with both children and adults, with a strong focus on addressing mental health issues, supporting adults navigating substance use, and helping families build stronger, healthier connections.

My goal is always to bring compassion and client-centered care to every setting I serve.

Chanteal Hall

Chanteal Hall, MSSA, LISW (she/her/hers)

I am Licensed Independent Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals through complex and emotionally challenging life transitions. I have experience working with people of all ages, but my specialty is working with caregivers, aging adults, and those navigating grief, loss and chronic health conditions (dementia, Parkison's Disease, stroke survivors, and cancer).

Drawing on a deep understanding of aging, family dynamics, and trauma, I empower clients to build coping strategies, find meaning in transitions, and restore a sense of balance. I also enjoy supporting clients as they explore aspects of their identity.

I incorporate skills from DBT, Play Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support healing and growth.

Outside of my therapy work, I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a fondness for chair yoga, yin, and restorative practices. I am an advocate for seeing body diversity in yoga spaces. I work with a dream processing group. I love retreating into nature and recently ventured into urban gardening.

Ina Mockabee-Gardener M.Ed

Ina Mockabee-Gardener M.Ed, LPC

Hello and welcome! I'm Ina Mockabee-Gardener, M.Ed., LPC, and I'm honored to guide you on your journey of healing and personal growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals, groups, families, and couples. My passion is helping you uncover the strengths you already possess, build new coping strategies, and create a life that feels positive, abundant, and authentic to you.

My therapeutic approach includes my belief that therapy is most effective when it's tailored to your unique needs and goals. In our work together, you can expect a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere, open, authentic communication, collaborative goal setting, flexibility to explore different approaches until we find what resonates.

I work with teens and adults to help identify and name emotions, understand the stories we tell ourselves, and develop skills that last a lifetime. Because people learn and heal in different ways, I'm trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities. We'll discuss your preferences, explore what feels most comfortable, and together choose the techniques that will best support your growth.

Some of my core specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): I'll teach you a "coping skills toolkit" to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors long after our sessions end. Mindfulness & Stress Reduction: Cultivating present-moment awareness to reduce anxiety and improve emotional regulation. Strengths-Based Approaches: Helping you recognize and build on your natural talents and resources.

Through my years of practice, I've learned that when people find understanding and meaning in their distress, their path through challenges becomes clearer and more hopeful. Together, we'll uncover patterns that might be holding you back, reframe unhelpful beliefs, and celebrate each milestone—no matter how small.
